SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 days and always within 7.
The CCC cannot accept responsibility for damage caused to products
during transit. We ship all packages via First Class Royal Mail
or Parcel Force. If items are out of stock we will email to confirm
estimated time of delivery.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
I don't like nasty surpises at checkout when it comes to postage
and packing. My policy is fair and reasonable and will not penalise
customers who only want to purchase a single, low value item. I
cap the amount of P&P at £1.50 so whatever you order you
will not pay over this amount. What's more, I use jiffy bags made
from 74% recycled material and are fully recyclable - so they are
better for the environment!
If buying from overseas, please email me and I can calculate your
P&P for you before you decide to place an order.
ORDERING INORMATION
What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept our payments via Paypal, a very safe and secure way to
shop online. If you have a Paypal account already set up, you are
good to go. Just enter your email address and password.
If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay with a Visa,
Mastercard, Delta,Solo, Switch/Maestro. You can also pay via an
'eCheck' through Paypal which draws directly from your bank account.

WHAT IS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We do not offer a refund or exchange on goods purchased unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are faulty
email me in the first instance.

How does PayPal work?
We use PayPal Website Payments Standard to process our transactions
because it is a trustworthy and affordable solution for us. You
can use PayPal with or without a PayPal account (although it's free
for you to set up an account). PayPal offers us protection from
fraudulent buyers as well as offering our customers a safe and secure

Do I need to set up a PayPal account to order?
No. Once you proceed to the secure checkout you can just click the
button that says, 'If you currently do not have a PayPal account
Click Here' and then enter your address and credit card information
once you are prompted.
However, if you'd like, you can set up a PayPal account for free.
It makes things easier next time you use PayPal for a transaction
on our site or elsewhere (like eBay).Credit Card Security
All credit card transactions are processed by Paypal, who are one
of the leading online transaction processors in the UK for safety
and reliability. Paypal processes your payment and arranges with
us for your goods or services to be dispatched. We never handle
your credit card details. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
